Evangelist Kwenyi Bertrand is a young dynamic and multi-gifted leader; he is a man with a coat of many colors.
Born on 21stJune 1988 into a Christian family in the North West Region of Cameroon, he grew up with good Christian values and morals. In his childhood days he wanted to become a priest or a medical doctor, in any case he just wanted to wear a white robe and serve humanity.
This passion and desire continued until when he was 20 years old he had and encounter with the Living Word of God through a lady that was doing door to door evangelism. He gladly received Jesus and was filled with the Holy Ghost. This experience made him serve God differently with revelation and clear insight.
He joined The Apostolic Church in Cameroon and in a revival meeting one night in the month of May 2008, God spoke to him, calling him to be and international evangelist. At This point he wanted to be a musician in the church but God gave him this noble assignment to be a preacher of the gospel.
Evangelist Kwenyi Bertrand accepted this call immediately and started ministering in the city hospital and to people on the streets. In January 2009 he went to Nigeria to study in a seminary where he studied in The Apostolic Church Theological Seminary in Imo State and later moved to Lagos and studied in West Africa Bible College.
He also took courses on Leadership under Faith Leaders International ministries and upon graduation did a one year practical internship and voluntary service in a ministry affiliated to Faith Leaders International Ministries. He went back to his home church, The Apostolic Church Cameroon and served there as a pastor for three years.
In January 2018, God separated him commanded him to get into his area of calling which is evangelism and reaching out to the lost and the needy, outreach ministry. He obeyed and followed God’s direction and in February, on Sunday 18, 2018, he started this God given vision and named the ministry Global Outreach Chapel where he brings together the souls won to Christ for fellowship and discipleship.
He is Happily married to Agbor Jenny and they are blessed with a son and a daughter, Benny and Shirley.
